PremP109 is an exciting new interspecific pear, bred by Plant & Food and globally managed by AIGN. This attractive, spherical shaped pear is sweet and juicy and of moderate size. The pear has excellent storage performance being at least 10 weeks storage (and up to 16 weeks) without storage disorders and with 14 days ambient shelf life. Fruit sales in 2011 exceeded expectations.
